CNC pre-cut panels align perfectly with Stage 1 Cut Out.

 

Grey and black water tanks and vents are installed.

Fresh water tanks are color coded.

 

The majority of the living quarters which include all cabinets and appliances are installed and tested.

 

 

 

 Molding and trim is meticulously cut and installed, along with doors.

 

  

Your living quarters is almost complete! Furniture, mirrors and window blinds are installed. Systems are again tested and the trailer is cleaned for delivery.

  

Wall and ceiling panels are cut on a CNC router to ensure a perfect fit.

Flat surfaces are finished on a wide belt sander

Face frames are ported and pocket screwed for maximum strength.

Countertops are custom designed and cut for each trailer.

All cabinet doors are built and hand assemblied on-site.

Measurements are verified to assure a perfect fit.

 

 Doors and drawer fronts are detail sanded before finishing. 

Cabinets are sanded in between multiple coats os stain and lacquer.

All patterns are measured, drawn and cut by hand.

Every piece of furniture is hand upholstered to your exact specifications.

 

Converters, inverters, battery chargers and distribution panels are installed.

All systems are tested to assure electrical integrity.

 

Our design team will coordinate your living quarters from the floor plan, cabinet design, wood choices, stain upholstery wall coverings to the flooring.  With a wide selection of hardwoods and finishes, every interior is unique.
